I'm a 1st Asst. Camera operator for a living...nothing you say is true or makes sense. You don't need to do any of that if you shoot 16mm. 16mm to digital transfer causing more grain? What are you talking about? Do you mean a 16 to 35 blow up? That has nothing to do with anamorphic anything.

And digital isn't that much cheaper than film. I was at work today shooting 3 Arri Alexa cameras with arri master primes and a set of super speeds. I promise you once you take that rental plus the necessary storage you need and the DIT's day rate and his equipment rate plus the rate for a good colorist etc it isn't that much cheaper than shooting film.

RED is the camera maker of choice for hacks who never shot on film or lack the knowledge to do so if they were ever given the chance.

You're comment about 16mm and 35mm being retarded and pretentious is itself ignorant and uninformed. Unless you call more dynamic range, better high-light roll off, greater latitude, and an over all superior image retarded.
FOR GODS SAKE how many times do we have to say 5.1 audio and 16:9 screen.
First, thanks so much for this upload.

Second, FUCK ALL YOU WHINING FREELOADING PUSSIES. Fucking grow some balls and plug up your dripping vaginas. You bunch of assholes who won't pay a cent for anything but act like you're the authority on everything. Go fuck yourselves already. You're giving torrent sites a bad name.
planet69, there are plenty of shitty low-quality releases that'll play just fine on your archaic low-quality hardware. Go complain to Microsoft or Sony for not supporting the open and awesome MKV format on their crummy closed systems. They have your money, after all.

Or even convert it to something else that'll play on your shitty 8-year-old hardware. But to complain to BOZX for using the best container for the best releases is just lame.

Keep up the very worthwhile MKV, BOZX--won't download anything else!
f1rst off, itz TAMPAX69 duckwad
and my hardware is shitquality so i dl 56k AOL dialup and complain
i asked my mom upstairs to go to the store with my allowance money to get the disc but the disc doesn't work in my CD-ROM drive...
i liek trolling
so, LotharOfTheHillPeople, mkv sucks
b/c math:
mkv+brain+hardware=working
mkv+nobrain+archaic=youre dumb
yep i just called you dumb. D-U-M-M
tampax ftw
@planet09 @tampax69:
MKV = smaller files with better video encoding and more audio possiblities.

Get a decent computer.
Get a decent video card with HDMI out
Get a pair of HDMI over 2xCAT5 converters
Make a patch cable to run from your computer to your monitor.
Make another COAX cable for your audio patch from computer to AMP.
Get VLC 2.0 (currently 2.1.1)
Enable fullscreen on second device.
Enable audio device digital output (encoded)

Alternately, use a video card that supports audio over HDMI.

Great audio is better than great video. So make sure your head unit (that's what we called the AV processor/tuner/AMP back in the 80's) is the best you can afford. Then make sure your speakers are then best you can afford. Then buy whatever monitor with the leftover money.

I work with an idiot that brags about his 65" 3D LED display. I have a 720p plasma that is only 50" in a room almost twice the size of his whole apartment. My Harman/Kardon AVR347 + Klipsch F1 mains, + JBL 5 channel satellites + a JBL powered sub = a much better theatre experience.

And yes I run HDMI over CAT5 through my walls and RG6 coax digital audio so my Mac sits in the basement and doesn't pollute the sound with fans

Perfect copy, great work BOZX
Here you go fucktards, IMDB has a tech spec page about most of the movies:

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0770828/technical?ref_=tt_dt_spec

It wouldn't hurt to check out stuff first before engaging in conversations like headless chickens
I made an account on TPB just to comment on the quality of this movie.

I must say it's one of THE best video and Audio quality I have EVER seen outside of the cinema.

GREAT JOB BOZX. Keep it up
God i hate Superman!
But mojo.com rated it one of the top ten city destruction movies. Otherwise would never watch it.
